I am so glad I found your channel! I have done maybe three so far and they have drastically improved pain and tightness. I would however love to see you do some neck stuff. More specifically like suboccipitals.
Wow. Just, wow. I have done many mobility videos on RUclips over the years but nothing every like this! I am on holidays and just randomly picked this out of my feed to do this morning and I now I need to learn more!! Thank you for this.
Doing this video ONCE got rid of elbow pain I have has for SIX MONTHS. Back in November I played catch with my son for ten minutes and strained my tricep (according to the doctor) and resulted in daily pain with nearly all activities ever since. I was told I just needed to wait 6-9 months for it to heal. Four days ago it was still 7/10 pain with activity and I was using my other arm as much as possible, wearing an elbow brace and using diclofenac arthritis cream twice a day. Yesterday morning I did this mobility video and I had my first 100% pain free day, no brace, no medicine. It just felt normal 🙌 The pain must have been referred from my shoulder or spine and these deep twists unwound something that has been stuck or pinched all this time. Thank you for this video and praise God my pain is gone!

This morning was the first time with this routine. It was tough but such a wonderful way to start the day! Julia...I wanted to add that there is a mental/stress release side to your workouts that I wasn't expecting. But it's so nice to feel good!!!
This routine is critically underrated. I get that newbies stray from some of the more advanced movements but if you alter some of them, its such a good warm up pre workout. Got yourself a new sub!

Great to do before I do my morning workouts. Being new to this routine I felt it was quite fast and so slowed it down to 0.75 which felt perfect for me.
Wow...this routine, I had not tried until today. Those Thoracic Spine Rotations felt great. I have never done that. That is a new move, literally I have never seen this one. I definitely need to repeat these daily.
@@julia.reppel I just ran a 7:30 second mile, then walked about 4 miles total today. Then went to the gym and did a shoulder workout. I am getting ready to do these Spine Rotations again here.
Finally a follow along that doesn't have me feeling like a pretzel in a blender. Poor analogy but that's all I can think of. Will be checking out your channel.

A blessing from the RUclips algorithm and an eye-opener for me as a cyclist. I have enough flexibility for individual poses (static stretching), but learned from this video that I lack mobility and core strength for dynamic stretching. Used this as a warmup for my training today and I felt noticably more comfortable and fresh on the bike whilst doing hard intervals. Definitely saving it for later to re-do. Danke schön 🇳🇱❤️🇩🇪

the thoracic spine rotation exercise at 2:59 was unique. never encountered that and very helpful for someone who sits at a desk, golfs, and surfs. keep up the great content!
Just completed this one for the first time after having done so many of your beginner level videos, and it’s hard to describe how great this one makes me feel. I think I’ve mentioned it before but your videos are instrumental in me getting back into running without injuries. I’m recommending them whenever and wherever I can!

Definitely newbie to mobility training and I followed this video and I just want to say this video is VERY easy to follow, some movements were a little difficult but I feel already 100% more able to move freely and not so stiff. The video is aesthetically pleasing, the layout of the workout is exactly how I like to follow it, and the timer is great! 😁👍🏻

Am a 55-y/o man who allowed himself to become seriously deconditioned. This movement series has been so helpful in restoring mobility and even some strength. I will continue doing this until my form looks as beautiful as her's. Thank you, again, for this.
Really loved this routine! Will try to do this every day. But would have really loved it if there was a voice over to guide us through the right posture and where we would be feeling these moves to help us learn the correct way to do it

I used to get all my exercise from working retail but then I got stuck with a sedentary desk job. I did that for about a year and a half and I knew something was wrong when I struggled with putting a gallon of milk back in the fridge. That's pretty bad considering I used to do 3 in each hand at a time. This video is sure to help with my mobility before I work up to calisthenics. Thank you so much! You've earned a new sub from a 2yr old video 💕

First time doing this and it felt amazing! I’m stiff as a board and especially my hips desperatly need this. I’ll try doing it daily and see if it’ll help with day-to-day struggles and workout issues like squat depth and control in extended range of motion. 🎉
